Delete your data
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Last Clockout: Retire Clock has no accounts. Almost everything about you lives only on your iPhone (and your Apple Watch), so you can delete it yourself at any time.
Option 1: Delete it on your iPhone
- Everything at once: delete the Last Clockout app (touch and hold its icon, then Remove App › Delete App). This removes your countdowns, settings, photo and scheduled alerts from your iPhone. Removing the app from your Apple Watch does the same there.
- Only some of it: in the app, change your dates and workweek in Settings, delete an extra countdown in "My retirement ▾" › Manage and compare, tap Remove photo in Look, delete your own milestones in Milestones, or turn their alerts off.
Your iPhone's own backups (iCloud or computer) may still hold a copy until those backups are replaced or deleted.
Option 2: Ask us to delete what our providers hold
Email support@lastclockout.com with the subject "Delete my data". We reply to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We do not need any document or password.
Because the data we receive is not linked to your name or email, we may not be able to find it. If so, we will tell you.
What is deleted
- Anonymous usage events (PostHog): deleted on request where we can find them; otherwise they expire with our analytics plan's retention.
- Purchase records (RevenueCat): deleted on request. Afterwards, Restore in the app may need to read your purchase from Apple again.
- Support emails: deleted on request; otherwise kept up to two years after the conversation ends.
What is kept, and why
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): kept for 90 days to fix crashes, after which Google deletes them from its systems. They hold no personal details we could look up.
- Your App Store purchase: Apple keeps its own record of what you bought. It belongs to Apple and is not ours to delete; deleting the app does not refund or cancel it.
